Earthlite guarantees their Inner Strength portable tables, excluding foam and upholstery, against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you, the Original Purchaser, own the product, or for five (5) years after the product is discontinued or modified.

Foam and upholstery are warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase for Inner Strength tables. This warranty applies under normal professional use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday  processed on the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

There is an extra cost for fixed-time appointments, and delivery is subject to weather conditions and other unknown factors that may hinder or delay delivery.   • Curbside Delivery (Standard): The carrier will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house or business, load the package(s) onto the lift gate, lower the lift, and—if access allows—place the package(s) on the driveway or sidewalk in front of your property.
  • Inside delivery is not included. Additional costs apply if you require white-glove service with package(s) placed inside the property. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Fixed-time appointments: Available on request and subject to carrier availability; additional charges apply.
  • Remote areas: Additional shipping charges may apply based on location and access.
  • Packaging removal & setup: Delivery companies are not responsible for removal of packaging, pallets, or crates, and they do not provide assembly or debris disposal as part of curbside service. Please plan for unpacking and recycling/disposal at your location.
