All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday  processed on the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. 

Shipments to the US

We have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States due to current trade tariffs on Canadian imports. We are hopeful that cross-border trade conditions 
will improve and that shipping to the U.S. will resume in the near future.

Flat Rate Shipping

Exclusions: heavy and bulky items, like massage tables, inversion tables (separate flat rate), massage chairs. Canadian territories:  Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut. 

Local Zone 1: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Maple Ridge, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, Vancouver.

C$9.99 flat rate shipping up to 75lb maximum + 0.50 cents per lb over 75 lbs.

Zone 2: Rest of British Columbia and Canadian Provinces (except Toronto area).

C$14.99 flat rate shipping up to 75lb maximum + 0.50 cents per lb over 75 lbs.

C$9.99 flat rate shipping up to 75lb maximum + 0.50 cents per lb. over 75 lbs.

Standard Delivery

1-9 business days for Canada
3-7 business days USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) 

Apartment Deliveries

The apartment Buzzer number must be added (see screenshot) to the delivery address at checkout. If the courier cannot deliver, orders may be returned to the depot for customer collection.

Electric Massage Tables

We offer (curbside delivery) heavily reduced and cost-effective delivery prices across Canada. There is an extra cost for fixed-time appointments, and delivery is subject to weather conditions and other unknown factors that may hinder or delay delivery. Please reach out to our team for the most up-to-date estimated delivery date to your region.

Shipping Information

We aim to make delivery clear and hassle-free. Please review the details below before checkout.

  • Curbside Delivery (Standard): The carrier will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house or business, load the package(s) onto the lift gate, lower the lift, and—if access allows—place the package(s) on the driveway or sidewalk in front of your property.
  • Inside delivery is not included. Additional costs apply if you require white-glove service with package(s) placed inside the property. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Fixed-time appointments: Available on request and subject to carrier availability; additional charges apply.
  • Remote areas: Additional shipping charges may apply based on location and access.
  • Packaging removal & setup: Delivery companies are not responsible for removal of packaging, pallets, or crates, and they do not provide assembly or debris disposal as part of curbside service. Please plan for unpacking and recycling/disposal at your location.

Tips for a Smooth Delivery

  • Confirm access: Ensure the curbside drop-off area is clear and accessible on the scheduled day.
  • Measure entrances: If arranging inside delivery, verify doorway and hallway dimensions in advance.
  • Be available: Someone must be present to receive and inspect your order upon arrival.
