Apartment Deliveries
The apartment Buzzer number must be added (see screenshot) to the delivery address at checkout. If the courier cannot deliver, orders may be returned to the depot for customer collection.

Curbside Delivery (Standard): The carrier will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house or business, load the package(s) onto the lift gate, lower the lift, and—if access allows—place the package(s) on the driveway or sidewalk in front of your property.
