Directions for Use
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Pump slowly and apply thinly and evenly to the affected area up to 3–4 times per day. Rub and/or massage into the painful area until fully absorbed. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after each use. Application should be supervised by an adult.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Do not apply on or near the nipple if breastfeeding. Do not bandage. Do not use with external heat sources such as heating pads. Stop use and seek medical help if pain, swelling, blistering, rashes, or burning discomfort occur.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or reappear within a few days. In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, contact a Poison Control Centre immediately. Store at room temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
