Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund (less shipping cost), with RMA authorization only. After 14 days, 15% restocking fee will apply. Goods may not be returned or exchanged after 30 days. All returned items must be unused in their original package and in sellable condition. Opened or used products and final sales items do not qualify for return or exchange. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item, please place a new order for correct item. We will handle the return separately. If you no longer need the item, please reach out at pro@relaxus.com.

Damaged and defective

Please report a defective or damaged item immediately upon receiving it. Please take pictures and contact us with a detailed description so we can assist with troubleshooting. We require your proof of purchase to process a warranty replacement.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items

For obvious reasons, we cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

  • Massage lotions, oils, gels, creams, essential oils and skin care products unless they are in the original package with seals intact.
  • Massage table sheets, covers, linens, or bolster covers that have been used or washed.
  • PPE or related sanitary items.
  • Final sale and “as-is” items.

Relaxus does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
