Earthlite guarantees their Inner Strength portable tables, excluding foam and upholstery, against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you, the Original Purchaser, own the product, or for five (5) years after the product is discontinued or modified.

Foam and upholstery are warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase for Inner Strength tables. This warranty applies under normal professional use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Set up the table on a flat, stable surface and adjust the height to a comfortable working level. Attach the adjustable headrest and cushion as needed for client positioning. After each session, fold the table and place it into the carry case for transport or storage.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipments to the United States

We have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States due to current trade tariffs affecting Canadian imports. We are hopeful that cross-border trade conditions will improve and that shipping to the U.S. will resume in the near future.

Flat Rate Shipping

Shipping Information

  • Curbside Delivery (Standard): The carrier will deliver your shipment to your address, bring the truck to the closest accessible location, unload the package(s) using a lift gate, and—where access permits—place the shipment on the driveway or sidewalk in front of your property.
  • Inside delivery is not included. Additional fees apply if you require white-glove service, including placement inside your home or business. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Fixed-Time Appointments: Available upon request and subject to carrier availability. Additional charges apply.
  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply depending on location, accessibility, and carrier requirements.
  • Packaging Removal & Setup: Curbside delivery does not include removal of packaging, pallets, or crates. Delivery carriers do not provide assembly, installation, or disposal services. Customers are responsible for unpacking and recycling or disposing of packaging materials.

Shipping Damage Claims

All shipments must be inspected carefully upon receipt.

  • Parcel Shipments: Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a carrier claim. Damage claims reported after this timeframe may be denied.
  • Freight Deliveries: Any shipping damage must be photographed and reported immediately upon delivery. Claims reported after the 24-hour reporting period may be denied.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.
