How to Contact Thermophore for Faulty or Defective Products

If your Thermophore product is not performing properly or is defective, please follow the instructions below for warranty, returns, or exchanges.

Returning or Exchanging Products

  1. Contact Thermophore at 1‑800‑253‑0854 to report a defective product and request return authorization.
  2. Include proof of purchase (receipt or order/invoice number) and product serial number(s).
  3. Products must be in new, unopened condition for standard returns or as outlined in the warranty for defective items.
  4. Follow the instructions provided for shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or Thermophore error.
  5. Returns are processed within 10–14 business days. Items not returned in new condition may incur restocking fees as stated in the official return policy.
